토크 조정이 가능한 횡행 브레이크 전압형 직류 브레이크 (전원 대체 기능)로 횡행모터의 전기적 제어가 용이하고, 작업내용에 알맞은 제동거리를 브레이크 토크 조정으로 얻을 수 있습니다.

과하중 방지 장치를 탑재한 컨트롤 박스 (산업안전보건법 검정승인) 마이컴 제어에 의해 과하중을 검증하므로 보다 안전하고 커버가 원터치 클립방식으로 개폐되므로 보수가 용이합니다.

호이스트 전용 권상모터 시동 전류가 적고 시동 토크가 큰 고저형 농형모터이며, 시동시 발열이 거의 없어 인칭(Inching) 운전에 최적입니다.

2단계 차단 권상 리밋 스위치 1단계로 권상 조작회로를 차단하고, 역상운전, 접촉기접점의 용착 등의 경우 2단계로 전원 주회로를 차단합니다.

양정 2M를 끌어 올린 뒤 2초간 정지, 2M 내린 뒤 2초간 정지를 30분 동안 반복 실시합니다.모노레일 호이스트, 더블레일 호이스트(10톤 이하), 더블레일 호이스트(15~60톤급) 3기를가동하여 전기종 정격 시험을 실시한 후 출하합니다.

- 트라이앵글훅블럭 : 고용량(5 ton 이상)의 훅블럭에는 트라이앵글을 주어 와이어로프의 꼬임을 근본적으로 방지합니다.
